The next step is to target the right audience. We place your vacancy on our own website, various job boards, social media and in networking groups in order to set up online campaigns using different channels.

Prescreening & interview

We will hold prescreening conversations with potential candidates and interviews will be conducted at this stage.

Candidate profile & interview report

You will receive the candidate profile and interview report from potential candidates.

Organising interviews

The first interviews with potential candidates will be scheduled.

Discussing interview feedback both parties and scheduling next round interviews.
