As a Digital Marketeer you will develop and implement the digital marketing strategy and activation for the EMEA region. You will manage the creation and roll out of the strategies whilst working closely with internal teams and external partners in order to develop digital marketing content plans and development strategies in the main digital platforms.

You will be leading the Digital Marketing team (3 fte) and work closely with your colleagues from the EMEA Marketing and E-commerce teams. In this position you are responsible for implementation of different strategies and you will guarantee a strong collaboration with the European market offices and distributors to enhance alignment and campaign activations to create a great brand experience.

Main duties include:

• Design the Website Content Strategy for all categories according to the seasonal marketing campaigns

• Oversee the digital content creation in order to improve brand experience, design and conversion rates

• Track the website performance and propose implementations according to the KPI Strategy

• Effectively deploy digital marketing tactics to reach our target audience in the right place at the right time, via a range of channels including web, SEO/SEM, retargeting, (paid) social, e-mail marketing and other key channels

• Design the organisation’s brand awareness, engagement and retention strategies

• Define the Social Media Strategy in all platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Manage the strategy for Digital content creation along with internal and external parties

• Develop Digital activation strategies for regional implementation

• Manage the Digital Marketing Team and enhance collaboration with Marketing and E-Commerce teams

• Supply of input for briefing creative plans with digital agencies

• Implement data driven strategies to improve customer insights

• Continually monitor and report on competitor activity which may impact our regional marketing strategies

• Create appropriate dashboards to share across the marketing team and report on as required


Your experience / qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Sport or similar

• Digital marketing experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position

• Strong strategical and analytical skills

• Work experience with Salesforce Commerce and/or Marketing Cloud is a pre

• Knowledge and experience Photoshop and web design tools

• Knowledge and experience Google Analytics

• Fluent in English
